Ingrédients :
250g de farine
1 œuf
1 sachet de sucre vanillé
100g de sucre roux
1/2 sachet de levure chimique
125g de beurre
une pincée de sel
2 cuillères à café de miel
100g de chocolat noir
Préparation :
Dans un grand saladier, versez la farine, le sucre vanillé, le sucre roux, la levure chimique et le sel. Ensuite, faites fondre le beurre, ajoutez-y le miel et l’oeuf battu.
Incorporez le tout à la première préparation et mélangez. Enfin, versez le chocolat (noir, au lait, blanc… c’est vous qui choisissez!).
Formez une douzaine de cookies et enfournez le tout à 180°C pendant 10 & 12 minutes
